By Alexandra Kurpieski October 16, 2025

As Veterans Day approaches, our community comes together to honor the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country. Here in Menifee, we are fortunate to have two special places that reflect our city’s gratitude and pride—Veterans Park and the Menifee Veterans Memorial at Wheatfield Park. 2 Ways to Honor Veterans Day in Menifee

🌳 Veterans Park Wall of Honor: A Space for Reflection and Community
Located at 32396 Richardson Street, Veterans Park spans 12 acres of green space designed for both play and remembrance. At its heart is a Memorial Wall, a touching tribute to those who have served our nation. Visitors can pause here to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

Beyond its memorial, Veterans Park offers plenty for families to enjoy—two lighted ballfields, basketball courts, a soccer field, and even pickleball courts. There are tot lots, gazebos, and dog enclosures, making it the perfect spot to spend the day outdoors while honoring our heroes.

⭐ Wheatfield Park: Home of the Menifee Veterans Memorial
Just a few miles away, Wheatfield Park is home to the breathtaking Menifee Veterans Memorial—a lasting tribute to the past, present, and future veterans of the United States Military. Located at 30627 Menifee Road, Menifee, CA 92584, this space stands as a centerpiece of remembrance and pride.

At the center of the memorial stands a five-sided star, representing the five branches of the U.S. Military. Each side of the star will bear the names of service members etched in granite—standing tall at about five and a half feet. Surrounding benches and planters offer a quiet space for reflection, remembrance, and gratitude.

This space serves as a gathering place for families, friends, and community members to remember those who gave their lives to protect our freedom.

The Menifee Veterans Memorial logo and design beautifully capture the emotion and respect this project embodies—ensuring that future generations will always have a place to honor those who served.

This Veterans Day, take time to visit these special places. Bring your family, walk the grounds, read the names, and share a moment of gratitude for the men and women who have made our way of life possible.

Menifee’s pride runs deep—and our parks tell that story best.
